What you'll do

• Provide in-store service for dry-cleaning and laundry customers
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• check in and check out garments, tag and spot-check items, and organize orders
• calculate prices and process cash and credit transactions
• ensure garments meet quality standards
• help train new employees
• open and close the store as required
• set and meet daily goals
• maintain a clean, organized counter area.
