What you'll do

• Lead the sales floor by example
• support customer experiences and product guidance
• help direct daily store operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent
• motivate the sales team toward sales goals
• communicate inventory needs
• and lead daily store maintenance, including restocking, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
