The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Hyannis, MA, with in-home and community-based sessions; compensation is $22–$28 per hour. Champions ABA - MA provides collaborative ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related neurodevelopmental disorders. The role delivers individualized therapy by carrying out BCBA-developed intervention plans, recording client progress, and coordinating with supervisors and multidisciplinary colleagues to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
