What you'll do

• Identify and engage partners
• lead and support subcontractors and cross-sector partners
• maintain relationships with organizations and service providers
• develop and implement neighborhood revitalization and annual plans
• track outcomes and program data
• facilitate community building and capacity-building activities
• support sustainability planning and resource development
• manage project contracts and budgets
• and prepare reports for stakeholders.
