Printer Technician

Job overview

The Printer Technician role is onsite in Norco, LA, and pays $20–$22.50 per hour. The technician supports Ricoh-managed devices and customer locations within a designated geographic area. The role maintains device availability by responding to service requests, alerts, and technical needs, performing repairs and installations, and documenting work against service-level agreements. It also provides customer training and communicates service status and issue resolution.

What you'll do

• Monitor device service and supply alerts
• respond to service requests
• troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain supported devices
• configure IP addresses and printer drivers
• provide customer training
• document service activity in OFSC and applicable systems
• replenish supplies and maintain inventory records
• communicate service updates
• travel between customer locations as required.
