What you'll do

• Greet clients and escort them to the appropriate team member
• park and retrieve client vehicles
• find and install license plates
• replace vehicle bulbs
• notify the assistant service manager or estimator when a client is waiting
• keep the service drive clear
• follow vehicle-care and operation policies
• help transfer luggage or packages
• assist technicians with moving inoperable vehicles
• report vehicle damage
• help keep the service drive clean
• attend department meetings.
