What you'll do

• Answer inbound and place outbound calls
• handle customer inquiries and problems
• enter orders and invoices using established systems
• secure customer payments and order changes
• monitor order timeliness and open job reports
• follow up on complaints and service adjustments
• monitor cycle times and customer voice scores
• contact accounts about completed jobs and upcoming installations
• monitor installation quality and completed job information
• coordinate with Sales, customer service representatives, installing dealers, and distribution centers.
