The Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) is an onsite role serving multiple locations in North Mankato, Mankato, and Eagle Lake, MN. The typical schedule is 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m., including every other weekend. Pay is $18 per hour base, plus an additional $1 per hour for direct-care hours worked on awake overnight shifts. The DSP helps individuals remain safe, comfortable, and supported overnight through person-centered care and responses to individual needs. The role also supports daily routines and a positive start to the day through personal care, household tasks, and encouragement of individuals’ goals.

What you'll do

• Monitor individuals’ health and safety overnight
• respond to individual needs
• assist with personal care when required, including bathing, toileting, feeding, and changing
• support individuals’ interests and goals
• help prepare for the day
• and complete household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
