What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements
• represent landlords and tenants in office, industrial, and retail leasing transactions
• advise institutional owners, REITs, property managers, and commercial real estate users
• manage leasing negotiations, documentation, and closings
• address related commercial real estate issues
• collaborate with partners, clients, and legal professionals.
