The Shift Supervisor – Press & Finishing, 1st Shift role is onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Compensation is $32–$39 per hour. The supervisor leads Press and Finishing operations at Smyth Companies’ Green Bay manufacturing facility, producing labels and packaging for customers. The supervisor maintains safe operations while supporting quality, productivity, and team performance. By coaching employees, monitoring workflow and equipment, addressing production issues, and coordinating with other departments, the role helps meet production schedules and customer expectations.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise Press and Finishing operations on the assigned shift
• promote safety
• ensure quality standards
• drive production performance and productivity
• provide hands-on floor support
• coach, train, and develop employees
• address production issues to minimize downtime
• coordinate with Scheduling, Customer Service, Maintenance, Quality, and leadership
• monitor staffing, labor utilization, machine performance, and workflow
• support continuous improvement and waste reduction.
