What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific security procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of stations, platforms, parking areas, grounds, and perimeters
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• monitor access points and restricted areas
• document observations and incidents
• report maintenance concerns and hazards
• assist passengers and visitors.
