What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on community equipment, buildings, and grounds
• maintain HVAC and other mechanical systems
• inspect the property and complete scheduled preventive maintenance
• record maintenance logs
• follow work orders and safety practices
• assist with event setup and cleanup.
