It handles day-to-day support, equipment deployment, Microsoft 365 assistance, security monitoring, and documentation in coordination with corporate IT.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for employee IT requests
• troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and access issues
• configure and maintain devices
• support Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
• manage user accounts and permissions
• install software and updates
• maintain inventory and documentation
• escalate complex issues
• assist with cybersecurity policies, CMMC, NIST 800-171, and ITAR compliance
• monitor alerts and support incident response
• assist with endpoint protection, MFA, vulnerability remediation, awareness training, audits, and secure configurations.
