What you'll do

• Process loan files against required criteria
• prepare documents for commercial and SBA loans, renewals, modifications, subordinations, amendments, and waivers or exceptions
• coordinate closings with borrowers, title companies, and attorneys
• verify loan documents and supporting materials
• collect or prepare SBA documentation
• track loan volumes and provide pipeline data
• complete Uniform Commercial Code and other legal filings
• maintain knowledge of government guaranty programs
• follow applicable regulations and bank policies.
