• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment
• troubleshoot installation challenges
• ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• support and mentor less experienced team members when appropriate.
