Supervisor of Health Management

Job overview

The Supervisor of Health Management role is hybrid, with required in-office work Mondays and Fridays in Des Moines, IA; compensation is not specified. Telligen supports population health programs for local, Tribal, national, state and federal partners, employers and health plans. The supervisor guides program staff and oversees contract operations so services meet program protocols, state requirements, client deliverables and applicable accreditation standards. The role also develops staff capability and supports quality and process improvement.

• select, develop and manage employees
• provide performance feedback
• audit or monitor staff quality
• develop training protocols and education tools
• identify and implement process and quality improvements
• stay current on healthcare trends and changes.
