What you'll do

• Provide, oversee, and coordinate resident care
• assess and evaluate resident care plans
• supervise LPNs, medication aides, CNAs/STNAs, and other direct-care staff
• assign work according to resident needs and staff capabilities
• adjust staffing and break schedules
• arrange replacements when needed
• complete performance evaluations and provide hiring or discipline input
• and oversee unit operations when higher-level management is absent.
