What you'll do

• Record show and customer information
• write costume, wig, and accessory descriptions
• create and manage show files and worksheets
• provide customer service in person, online, and by phone
• coordinate merchandise with e-commerce and retail teams
• process returned rentals
• restock, tag, and label inventory
• maintain sales, rental, and order records
• assist teams with preparing items for shows.
