The Technical Program Manager, Customer Delivery role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $140,000–$190,000 per year. Loft Orbital’s mission is to make space simple by deploying customer missions on its satellite infrastructure; this role supports the Customer Delivery team. The program manager coordinates mission development across engineering, product, and operations, maintains the customer offering portfolio, and helps ensure delivery teams have the capabilities and plans needed to execute missions. The role connects customer and operational needs with product development and drives clear coordination, risk visibility, and consistent deployment of new capabilities.

What you'll do

• Own mission development plans and coordinate committed work packages against launch-anchored deadlines
• manage the customer offering portfolio and identify capability gaps
• partner with Customer Delivery Engineers
• represent operational and customer constraints in product planning
• coordinate reviews and report progress, risks, and blockers
• engage customers on scope, schedule, and capability tradeoffs
• improve delivery processes and workflows.
