The Bank Teller role is onsite in the Cross Lake, MN area. Pay is $16–$19 per hour. First Western Bank & Trust has full-time teller openings in its Baxter region, including Nisswa and Baxter locations and a travel teller covering regional locations. The teller provides accurate, courteous service for customer banking matters while supporting the bank’s sales and service objectives. The role handles cash and a range of transactions, maintains customer confidentiality, and assists with account and debit card maintenance.

What you'll do

• Perform teller opening and closing procedures
• greet customers in person and by phone
• verify customer identity and protect confidential information
• manage and balance a cash drawer
• process deposits, withdrawals, payments, loan payoffs, wire transfers, and other banking transactions
• assist with debit card and account maintenance.
