What you'll do

• For DSP duties, provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. For sponsor duties, provide a safe home environment
• assist with daily living activities and community participation
• provide transportation
• support skill-building and independence
• assist with medication support as trained and authorized
• monitor well-being
• maintain documentation
• follow the Individualized Service Plan
• and communicate with the care team and family or guardian.
