What you'll do

• Correspond with prospective residents, establish rapport, schedule appointments, tour the community, and guide leasing and move-in
• generate leases and prepare and maintain resident files and correspondence
• prepare weekly leasing reports
• assist with residential rental market needs
• plan and execute resident events
• maintain social media presence with the marketing team
• build resident relationships
• train and lead incoming leasing staff.
