Clinical Rehab Liaison

Job overview

Compensation is $15 per hour. The Clinical Rehab Liaison role is onsite in Everett, MA; Encompass Health is a national inpatient rehabilitation provider, and this role supports referral relationships and patient assessments for its rehabilitation services. The liaison cultivates relationships across an assigned territory, supports the referral-to-admission process, and educates community members and referral sources about hospital programs. The work contributes to patient referrals and business growth while helping connect patients with rehabilitation services.

What you'll do

• Cultivate referral relationships within an assigned territory, prioritizing face-to-face connections
• manage the territory and complete patient assessments
• support the referral-to-admission process
• educate community members, referral sources, and physicians about hospital programs and services
• use market analysis to identify opportunities
• address admission barriers and follow up on admission variables
• conduct in-services and professional presentations.

Why this role

Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification required. A current driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, clinical or healthcare technology experience, nurse liaison or healthcare sales experience, and CRRN certification are preferred.
