The Senior Product Manager – Virtualization role is onsite in Fort Meade, MD, with an estimated salary range of $170,000–$195,000 per year. It translates mission needs into product requirements and actionable work, coordinating engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure cyber mission solutions.

What you'll do

• Define product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities for virtualization and containerization platforms
• refine backlogs and translate operational requirements into features and user stories
• coordinate Agile and Program Increment execution and technical dependencies
• gather requirements from mission stakeholders
• partner with engineers and architects on VMware and Kubernetes environments
• develop requirements, specifications, test plans, and release priorities
• facilitate technical meetings and planning
• monitor delivery, resolve obstacles, mentor junior Product Managers, and drive continuous improvement.

Why this role

Requires active TS/SCI clearance with current CI polygraph completed within the past seven years. Significant virtualization and containerization experience is required; VMware, Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, and SAFe experience are specified. Preferred certifications include SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, VCP, or CKA.
