What you'll do

• Lead assigned PODs and align cross-functional teams
• manage operating cadence, backlog, aging, priorities, and action tracking
• standardize intake, triage, escalation, and communication
• monitor service requests against SLO/SLA commitments
• analyze cycle time, backlog, volume, repeat issues, and performance gaps
• develop dashboards and executive summaries
• communicate with enterprise clients and prepare materials for business reviews
• lead escalations and post-incident analysis
• identify workflow gaps and implement sustainable improvements.
