What you'll do

• Own business-unit bookings, sales, EBITDA, and operational objectives
• develop and execute the annual business-unit plan
• drive value-based pricing, profitable new business, productivity improvements, and cost reduction
• present quarterly business reviews
• maintain key customer relationships
• lead contract reviews and negotiations
• identify and secure new business
• align cross-functional teams and implement continuous-improvement initiatives.
