What you'll do

• Develop strategies to recruit and retain members
• maintain membership records, billing, and contact information
• respond to member inquiries and manage onboarding
• assist with newsletters and targeted marketing
• plan and execute community gatherings, cultural festivals, networking mixers, and virtual meetings
• book venues and coordinate vendors
• assist with budgets and expense tracking
• oversee event setup, registration, staff, and day-of troubleshooting
• prepare post-event evaluations and reports.
