What you'll do

• Complete work orders and routine interior and exterior maintenance
• keep grounds, common areas, parking areas, and the workshop orderly
• maintain an inventory of community parts and tools
• coordinate vendors and technicians to turn vacant units within seven days
• change locks on vacant units
• follow safety procedures.
