Temporary Unit Manager

• Oversee resident care on the assigned unit
• coordinate care to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning
• ensure incident reporting and follow-up
• participate in facility committees and programs
• support policy and procedure development
• guide nursing staff
• monitor care plans, regulations, and quality standards
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
