What you'll do

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards, physician treatment plans, and written care plans
• implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager
• administer medications and treatments
• assess and monitor residents and report condition changes
• maintain accurate and timely documentation
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection control, safety, and nursing regulations.
