What you'll do

• Gather and analyze financial data with internal departments
• receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices
• compare system reports with balances and verify entries
• charge expenses to accounts and cost centers
• control petty cash spending
• verify vendor accounts and pay vendors
• resolve purchase order, invoice, and payment discrepancies
• issue purchase order amendments and stop payments
• monitor payroll expense claims
• reconcile general ledger transactions
• maintain records and prepare financial reports.
