Lead Assistant Manager

The role also supports shift reporting, stocking, cleanliness, and communication with management about operating or personnel issues.

What you'll do

• Support store operations across assigned shifts
• help maintain inspection standards
• follow alcohol, employment, and safety regulations
• provide courteous customer service
• report sales, cash, and operating discrepancies
• ring sales and process merchandise adjustments accurately
• help control inventory
• stock coolers and shelves
• maintain equipment and store cleanliness
• complete shift change reports
• notify management of maintenance or personnel issues.
