What you'll do

• Oversee passenger, wheelchair, baggage handling, janitorial, and security services
• ensure compliance with aviation regulations, airport rules, and occupational safety standards
• coordinate with airlines, airport authorities, ground handling agents, and service providers
• recruit and supervise staff and ensure shift coverage
• manage schedules, employee hours, budgets, and resources
• develop emergency response plans
• analyze operational data and report on performance
• establish operational policies and procedures
• monitor equipment and facilities
• resolve disruptions and customer-service issues.

Why this role
