What you'll do

• Set up dining areas
• prepare meals under a dietary manager’s or cook’s guidance
• deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms and times
• clear dining areas and collect dishes
• dispose of leftovers and garbage
• clean food stations and wash dishes and equipment
• monitor ingredient inventory
• help maintain kitchen equipment.
