What you'll do

• Call new owners to confirm three-night NOW certificate travel
• contact owners one to two weeks before travel to offer special events or attraction passes and present the owner workshop
• fill tour waves as directed by management
• obtain deposits as directed
• work toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• communicate booking recaps and tracking to management
• enter booking and dollar data
• follow up on open-dated packages
• provide accurate event and package information
• coordinate bookings, accommodation requests, and cancellations with marketing administration
• communicate with owners by phone or in person
• support local or destination events as needed.
