Order Management and Account Specialist

What you'll do

• Own assigned customer accounts and serve as the day-to-day contact for purchasing needs and order updates
• manage purchase orders from receipt through shipment and invoicing
• track backorders and communicate proactively
• allocate and reallocate inventory based on availability and priorities
• coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations
• maintain accurate ERP and CRM records
• contribute ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
