The Project Superintendent – Construction role is onsite and field-based, with the listing location in San Antonio, TX and travel to project sites, including remote locations, up to 90%. Pay is $90,000–$145,000 per year. Allied Universal Technology Services integrates electronic security technology with physical security to help protect people and property. The superintendent oversees field execution of electronic security installation projects from mobilization through commissioning. Coordinating crews, materials, schedules, safety, inspections, and customer acceptance helps deliver projects in compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Lead onsite execution of electronic security projects
• coordinate technicians, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and installation activities
• serve as field liaison among customers, contractors, inspectors, and project teams
• monitor progress and correct deficiencies
• manage logistics, documentation, punch lists, inspections, testing, commissioning, and closeout
• enforce safety and quality requirements
• travel between project sites.
