What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders within 24 to 48 hours
• diagnose and repair defects
• prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins
• track maintenance supplies and inventory
• document service requests
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• support cost control by repairing parts when possible
• inspect contractor work periodically as needed
• follow safety policies
• conduct property inspections
• respond to resident questions and complaints
• work a flexible schedule that includes call during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
