Electrical Project Manager

Job overview

The Electrical Project Manager role is onsite at the Lowell, AR office Monday through Friday, with travel of up to 5% for site visits; compensation is $75,000–$100,000 per year. Wachter designs, installs, and maintains electrical, data, security, communications, and automation technologies for commercial and industrial clients. The manager leads electrical projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating crews, schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and client relationships. The role supports safe, quality project delivery through operational oversight, forecasting, project documentation, and communication with customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Manage project operations through all five project life-cycle phases
• oversee hiring, resource assignments, and payroll approval
• create bid sheets and proposals
• order project materials and equipment
• conduct quality and safety audits
• prepare financial forecasts and revenue projections
• provide logistical support
• maintain project files
• manage scheduling and billing
• source, evaluate, and estimate bid opportunities
• coordinate customer communication and project stakeholders
• travel to customer sites for training, site walks, surveys, and updates
• follow company and OSHA safety requirements.
