Client Services and Data Associate

The Client Services and Data Associate role is hybrid, based in the Bronx office and supporting Children’s Law Center operations across New York City offices. Compensation is $60,180–$79,067.32 annually. The Children’s Law Center represents children in family court matters and works to empower clients, prevent trauma, and promote well-being. The associate maintains accurate client, case, and demographic records while providing administrative and client-service support. This work helps the organization’s client services and data teams maintain reliable information and smooth office operations.

What you'll do

• Review, research, and enter client data in internal and external databases
• review client data reports and case-management information
• resolve data and file-management issues with colleagues
• organize, archive, and retrieve case files
• provide reception coverage and schedule appointments
• support managers and the Executive Director as requested
• assist with special projects, process improvements, committees, training, and meetings.

Why this role

Citywide support may require travel between CLC offices in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Queens as operational needs require. Standard hours are 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
