The role turns sales and market data into actionable planning and supports coordination across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Commercial Operations.

What you'll do

• Define and report commercial KPIs
• build dashboards and conduct performance reviews
• analyze sales, account, and market data
• lead sales forecasting and support demand planning and go-to-market strategy
• implement and administer CRM and data governance
• improve data flow among CRM and business systems
• use AI tools to automate reporting and pilot commercial operations use cases
• calculate commissions and support incentive plans, quotas, territories, sales planning, segmentation, and pricing
• train users and support contract review as required.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in commercial operations, sales analytics, business intelligence, or sales enablement; MBA preferred. Experience with CRM/BI platforms, Excel, SQL, incentive compensation, and AI tools is requested.
