What you'll do

• Transport residents to physician appointments, dialysis, hospital visits, and other scheduled outings
• assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle
• escort residents as needed
• coordinate schedules with nursing staff and outside providers
• inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety
• complete transportation documentation
• follow traffic laws and facility safety procedures
• report maintenance needs and safety concerns.
