What you'll do
- Coordinate purchasing from requisition through receipt
- maintain supplier and internal relationships
- monitor stock and inventory records
- receive, inspect, store, and issue materials and equipment
- organize and secure warehouse
- conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
- use work order and inventory systems to track materials
- manage surplus and obsolete inventory
- maintain purchasing and vendor records
- operate authorized vehicles and warehouse equipment
- load, transport, and distribute materials
- support emergency operations
- follow safety procedures
- assist with process improvements and routine equipment maintenance
- perform facility upkeep and cleaning duties.
