What you'll do

• Test semiconductor wafers using probe stations, electrical characterization equipment, and manufacturing test data
• support electrical failure analysis and yield investigations
• analyze manufacturing and test data for trends, anomalies, yield detractors, and potential root causes
• develop scripts, dashboards, visualization, and automation tools
• apply statistical methods, AI, and analytics
• collaborate with engineering teams and present findings.
