What you'll do

• Provide primary care within practice and privileging scope
• take histories, perform examinations, order tests, diagnose and develop treatment plans
• manage medications under VA policies
• refer patients to specialty or hospital care as appropriate
• document care in CPRS
• coordinate with clinic staff and referring clinicians
• provide patient education and counseling.
