FP&A Manager

This role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance reporting, and KPI analysis. It partners with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and executive leadership to inform decisions and improve profitability, working capital, forecast accuracy, and accountability.

What you'll do

• Coordinate annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario analysis
• build driver-based financial models
• prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
• analyze revenue, margins, costs, and operational performance
• develop KPI dashboards
• advise cross-functional partners on strategic initiatives
• improve forecasting and reporting processes
• document FP&A processes and controls
• coach analysts or project contributors as assigned.
