HVAC Technician — Multifamily Properties

The HVAC Technician role is onsite in Sauk Rapids, MN, serving multifamily properties. Compensation is $30–$45 per hour. What you'll do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC equipment
• perform preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• replace defective components
• inspect system performance
• respond to service requests
• assist with apartment turnovers and general maintenance
• maintain common-area systems
• communicate with residents and management
• follow safety and regulatory requirements
• maintain service records and inventory documentation
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
