• present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles and their features, technology, and options
• follow up by phone, email, text, and CRM
• build customer relationships
• develop Subaru product knowledge
• coordinate with sales managers and other departments
• work toward individual and team goals while maintaining customer-care standards.
