Business Analyst, Emergency Services Operations

What you'll do

• Gather contracts, standards, rosters, facility lists, and agency details for client configuration
• translate contractual, regulatory, and clinical standards into measurement criteria
• specify and validate client configurations
• frame analytical questions for the data team
• review outputs for operational plausibility
• resolve data quality questions
• train client users on Victor
• present findings and methodology to client leadership
• and maintain reproducible, auditable documentation.
