What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• repair restaurant equipment including fryers, grills, refrigerators, and beverage machines
• read schematics
• perform wiring and plumbing repairs
• travel to service locations
• complete manual maintenance and installation work.
